Los Santeños y Herreranos omiten muchas palabras al momento de hablar. Ellos omiten la l y muchas veces la r. También utilizan palabras que en otras provincias no se usan.
En Chiriquí, las personas utilizán la palabra ( METO). Esta palabra es originaria de ese lugar.
En algunos lugares de Bocas del Toro, las personas hablan el GUARIGUARI. Este es la mezcla del Inglés, Español y Francés.
