Esta ciudad fue construida el 21 de enero de 1673, dos años después del ataque y saqueo por piratas ingleses al mando de Henry Morgan en enero de 1671. A raíz de este incidente, la ciudad quedó destruida casi en su totalidad. Esta fue situada en una pequeña península, rodeada de un manto de arrecifes rocosos, dentro del actual corregimiento de San Felipe.
En este lugar encontraras los techos de tejas anaranjadas y arquitectura colonial española. Estas están en contraste con los rascacielos de la bahía. Además, cuenta con una vida nocturna muy atractiva tanto para locales como para extranjeros.

Este lugar es rico en belleza natural, por lo cual si visitas Panamá deberías ir y disfrutar de todo esto. No te arrepentirás. Es un pequeño pueblo situado en las faldas del Volcán Barú, en las tierras altas de Chiriquí. Puedes hacer diversas actividades como: senderismo, rafting y escalada en roca. 500 de 972 especies de aves de Panamá se encuentran en la provincia, incluyendo la muy buscada Quetzal. Boquete es el hogar de algunos de los mejores productores de café en el mundo.

Bocas del Toro

Fue inaugurado en junio 2014 en la Calzada de Amador. En este museo conocerás sobre la gran biodiversidad de especies animales y plantas que ofrece este bello país.

Portobelo
La bahía de Portobelo fue descubierta por Cristóbal Colón en su cuarto viaje, el 2 de noviembre de 1502. Este lugar atrajo la atención de Colón por su ambiente natural y la inigualable belleza y seguridad que ofrecía. Por esta razón, la bautizó con el nombre de «Porto Bello». Fue una de las poblaciones más importantes de América durante la época colonial y puerto por el que pasó la mayoría de las riquezas que España embarcó hacia Europa procedentes de la conquista de América. Lleva a los turistas a conocer el lugar donde, en 1596, el bucanero inglés Sir Francis Drake encontró su final espantoso contra los cañones españoles de Portobelo. Sus fuertes todavía permanecen y los visitantes pueden disfrutar de la historia de piratas.

Esta playa es muy reconocida y visitada por los amantes del surf ya que se realizan importantes torneos regionales de surf en este lugar; otros experimentan la llegada del amanecer, otros simplemente se deleitan con los barcos, cruceros y cargueros.
La Playa Venao llegan turistas de todas las regiones, especialmente de Estados Unidos y Alemania; mucho acampan los fines de semana y otros alquilan pequeñas cabañas del lugar.

San Blas
El archipiélago de San Blas es un conjunto de 365 pequeñas islas e islotes pertenecientes a Panamá situadas frente a la costa norte del Istmo, al este del Canal de Panamá, de las que solamente unas 80 están habitadas, operadas y protegidas por los Guna.
El archipiélago de San Blas se ha convertido en uno de los destinos turísticos más exuberantes de Panamá, famoso por sus hermosas playas de arena blanca, sus aguas transparentes, el arte y lo impresionante de la cultura Guna. Posee un aeropuerto para vuelos de cabotaje a nivel nacional, así como hoteles fabricados con pencas reflejando el estilo de las viviendas de las comarcas.
